Healthy Protein Donuts Recipe with Peptan Collagen

Today, we’re sharing a healthy, delicious and high-protein snack that nourishes your body from within while satisfying your sweet tooth: homemade donuts enriched with Peptan® collagen.
Peptan collagen peptides are neutral in flavour, highly bioavailable and bioactive, meaning they are easily digested and efficiently absorbed by the body.

You’ll need:
• 3 eggs
• 100 g cookies-flavoured oat flour
• 100 g natural light yoghurt
• 30 ml extra virgin olive oil
• 1 scoop neutral-flavoured @peptancollagen by @rousselotglobal
• 9 g baking powder
For the filling:
• High protein creams: Pistachio, Chocolate-Hazelnut and White Chocolate flavours.
For the topping:
• 170 g 85% Dark Chocolate

🌀 Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
2. Whisk the eggs until light and frothy.
3. Add the wet ingredients and mix well.
4. Combine the oat flour, baking powder and Peptan® Collagen, mixing until smooth.
5. Grease your donut moulds and fill each halfway with batter.
6. Add a teaspoon of your chosen filling, then cover with more mixture.
7. Gently tap the mould to remove any air bubbles.
8. Bake for 12–15 minutes, then allow to cool completely.
9. Melt the dark chocolate, dip half of each donut, decorate as desired and refrigerate for one hour.
